Project Incompletion: If we have not completed the agreed-upon services by the project deadline, and the client requests a refund, we will assess the situation and issue a refund if the service is deemed incomplete or not in line with the original agreement.

Client Dissatisfaction (Within 30 Days): We value customer feedback. If within the first 30 days of the service period, you feel that the services provided are not meeting the agreed standards, we will work with you to make improvements. If after reasonable efforts the expectations are still unmet, a refund may be issued based on the unfulfilled portion of the service.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing (email or official communication) detailing the issue.

A representative from ValueLogistics will assess the request and respond within 7 business days.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Initial Consultation Fees: Non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

Custom Campaign or Strategy Development: Work already in progress on your project may not be refunded once significant effort has been put into it.

Third-Party Expenses: Payments made for third-party services like advertising fees (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) are not refundable through us, as those costs are non-recoverable once paid.
Refund Amount
Refunds are typically calculated based on the following factors:

Services Rendered: If the service was partially completed, a refund will be calculated for the unused portion of the service.

Time & Resources Spent: Depending on the complexity and time spent on the project, refunds will be issued on a pro-rated basis.
